Gathering information about the safety of lithium orotate—with the help of visitors like you;
Promoting further research if warranted by safety studies;
Promoting open-mindedness among psychiatrists;
Increasing understanding and awareness of lithium orotate as a potential treatment for bipolar disorder.
To accomplish these goals, if you have taken LiOr we ask you to complete a questionnaire/survey about your own experience, whether or not it has been beneficial, and a common lab test you've probably had. Results of this study—without any identifying information about you, of course; we're very careful about that—will be published here and in a medical journal, if at all possible. We will use every means available to lead patients/consumers, clinicians and researchers to this website. Please spread the word.
As a token of appreciation for completing the questionnaire, you are eligible to receive a bottle of lithium orotate, compliments of the manufacturer/distributor/vendor. Details will be given after you submit the survey. But please understand this is not a "free offer" to make people start using LiOr. Rather we're looking for people who are already using it. (Just to emphasize there's no "drug company" involvement as people rightly suspect with things like this.)
Before proceeding to the survey, we suggest you follow the links below to learn what is known about lithium orotate, and why further studies are needed.
