The Town Hall is located on Highway
35 South of the Nemadji River Bridge. The Fire Hall is located just North of Pattison Park on Highway 35.
The Town of Superior covers over 72 miles of Town roads which are maintained year around by the Town's experienced
heavy equipment operators.
With the long range planning of the Town Board, and the day - to - day cooperation between the Town Chairman, the
Supervisors and the employees, the Town is very well serviced.
Plowing of private driveways is offered to Residents for a nominal fee. Town roads are plowed, sanded, salted,
graded and ditched as needed. In the summer, dust control is applied to the graveled roads. The grass by the road
sides is mowed as needed.
The town's tax base is growing at a rate of about one million dollars or more in valuation every year. New homes,
garages and improvements are making the Town of Superior a very desirable place to live.
The Clerk and Treasurer can be contacted at the town office or at their homes if needed. Town Board meetings are
held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public.

Elections of Town Officials are
held every two years. A caucus is held in January for nominations instead of having a primary. April is the normal
month of the Spring Elections. The Annual meeting is also held in April.
During the annual meeting, financial reports are given for the previous year so residents will know how their elected
officials are handling the Town's money. A light lunch, coffee and punch are served to residents who attend.
The Town of Superior is very unique because, with very strict spending, they have been able to operate on state
shared revenue, transportation aids, and local income to operate for many years with a minimum local tax levy.
For Your Convenience there is a
drop slot by the front entry of the Town Hall to allow payments, bids and other information to be dropped off at
any time. Your payments and information will go directly into the office.
