All lutein pills contain 20 milligrams of lutein/zeaxanthin derived from marigolds. Each bottle contains 60 lutein pills. Recommended dosage is one lutein pill each day with main meal.

Current shipments contain 18 mg lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin.
