Images in Blue features Frank Barthen's fabulous photographs.  As a photo artist, he specializes in underwater photography.  Beyond the reefs of Florida and California, he has toured such distant sites as Fiji, Australia, Solomons Islands, Bonaire and the Virgin Islands.  His portfolio also includes documentary, landscape and nature photography.  He visited the state of Idaho during the summer of 1997, completing his life-long sojourn of the continental United States.
