These 6 Volt to
12 Volt DC-DC converters are custom designed specifically for the
6 Volt automotive market.
Both Positive Ground and
Negative Ground models are available to cover all 6
Volt vehicles. The converters will operate on a
input voltage as low as 4 Volts. The standby current is less then 3 milliamps (mA), about the same as the clock in the radio,
which makes it ideal for security systems. Two outputs are provided, one switched for heavy load items, the second is
"Always On" to provide power for the radio settings and clock. Both 6 to 12 Volt DC-DC converters are designed using state
of the art components on a professional grade Printed Circuit Board, all enclosed in a extruded aluminum housing for years of
