List of Services

Hardware and Software- consulting, installation, diagnostics & repair.

Upgrades- such as hard drives (we can transfer your existing data to the new drive) CPU's, memory, modems, CD Writers and DVD drives and more.

Crash Recovery- we'll have you back up and running with minimal downtime.

Data Transfer- from computer to computer, or computer to storage media.

Media and Data Conversion- Important data may be stored on media that is no longer in common use or the devices used to access the media are no longer readily available due to obsolescence. The old media may also be deteriorating which could render it unrecoverable by normal means. We can transfer the stored data from the old media to a newer more reliable media such as compact disc.

Data Destruction from Old Media and Drives- deleting files or re-formatting old drives and disks does not necessarily destroy the data. When converting to a new system or just cleaning up your existing one, we can ensure that all information stored on the old drives or media are effectively made totally unrecoverable.

Priority Service- for the times when it has to be fixed now, just call and let us know that you need immediate service. We're flexible.

Disk Duplication- we can make single backup copies of your valued software on compact disc.

Virus Detection and Removal- when handled properly, viruses are often just a nuisance rather than a disaster. We have the tools and the experience to keep your data intact. If you suspect (or know) you have a virus on your PC, shut the system down and have it removed before it spreads or causes data loss.

Internet Services- from installing a modem to building your corporate website.

General Tune up- to optimize your computer's efficiency and usability by performing system maintenance and optimizing your system resources and start-up sequences.
