God's servant, Moses, tells the Israelites in the desert: "Be of good courage". (Num. 13:20). Have you ever felt you've met or loved or been loved by a very special person who has this 'courage' Moses speaks of? Christian courage is the treasure always contained in earthen vessels. Our faith gives us the strength we need in the hard times of our lives, and this faith enables us to live, love and walk in our daily situations with true courage.

At times when we need a steadfast, honest gaze at the human condition and know that we need to call upon our God for this gift of courage, we also can remember our dear ones who've passed this gift to us through their example and lives.

In acknowledgment of these valiant ones and in an effort to hold up in prayer those whom we know need the gift of courage at this time, we begin what is called 'Love Lights'.

If you wish to include someone in very special need, or if you wish to acknowledge someone who has placed their courage in your heart, feel free to do so. You may send in their name and a brief description ( submit form here) of their condition/gift to you and we will include them in our own prayer of praise, thanksgiving and holding them close through the day.
