Capital Campaign Pledge Drive

 Dear AYHA Members: 

Our association is targeting $150,000 for Capital improvements this year.  These improvements will be for new boards and glass, finishing the upstairs, setting up funds for replacing the ice resurfacer, purchasing additional equipment that could be used by our beginning skaters at a nominal cost, and setting aside funds for emergency repairs such as if our compressor breaks down. 

We have a multi-pronged approach to achieving this goal. We plan on the use of specific fundraisers, the possible selling of the “naming” rights to the arena, Pursuing grants, sale of rink board advertising, ice sponsorships and through pledges from our current members, alumni, and community partners.   

This letter is to ask for your pledges toward these efforts.  Over the years many families within AYHA have donated toward the building and growth of our arena.  This is our time to make our association something better than we found it.

Our target is to generate a minimum of $20,000 through member pledges.  
It is important when going to the community in our fundraising efforts that we as an association show that we too are directly giving.  To that end I encourage each of you to consider this pledge.   Any amount is appreciated.  Click Here to download a pledge form.
