Policy/Procedure: TEAM TOURNAMENT FEES -- Policy W

 The AYHA will pay the team fee for the WAHA State Tournament.  This fee is required to be submitted to WAHA by December 1^st.  A portion of this fee is returned to the Association by WAHA if the team fails to qualify for the State Tournament.

Teams may also be required to play in a Region I tournament in order to qualify for the State Tournament.  If a regional playoff tournament is required, the tournament fee will be paid by the AYHA.  If a regional tournament is not required, but the team must play in one or more playdown games, the AYHA will pay the fees associated with the play-down games.

 If the AYHA is the host Association for a WAHA State Tournament, our team at the level selected will not be required to play in the Region I tournament.
