Policy/Procedure: ICE ARENA RENTAL FEES -- Policy G

In order to help fund the Hockey Association's operating budget, the AYHA will sell ice to other associations interested in using the Amery Ice Arena.

Ice rental will be coordinated with the Arena Scheduling Committee or the individual given this responsibility.

The rental fees will be as follows:

Ice time only  - $100 per hour
Game time - $125 per hour

Ice rental for a game requires the use of the scorer's booth, P.A. system, and ice resurfacing during one or more periods. Therefore, the rental fee is higher.

When ice is rented by another association for a WIAA varsity hockey game, the Amery H.S. varsity team parents will be asked to provide workers for this event.
