Policy/Procedure: EQUIPMENT RENTAL PROGRAM -- Policy D

 To encourage participation in the AYHA Mite Program and to minimize the cost for new families in the AYHA, the Association has established the Equipment Rental Program at the Mite Program level.

If available, the AYHA will provide a helmet, shin pads, and elbow pads to the first year Mite Program players for a rental fee.  The structure will be as follows:

Helmet - $10.00	Shin Pads - $5.00
Elbow Pads - $5.00	Skate Rental - $5.00

After the Mite Program has ended for the season, families will be required to return the equipment provided in good repair.

This rental program only applies to first year players in the Mite Program and is not intended for any other levels.

However, if equipment is available after all first year Mite Program players have been equipped, then second year players may be offered the rental program for the same fees.
