Policy/Procedure: BLUE LINE CLUB -- Policy A

The Blue Line Club has been established for the purpose of supporting the WIAA High School Varsity Team.
Everyone is eligible to become a member of the Blue Line Club. There are two tiers of membership.
Silver Club Member – The membership fee at this level will be $25. Silver Club Members will receive a season pass to all regular season WIAA home games; an engraved brass key chain and free coffee at every WIAA home game.
Gold Club Member – The membership fee at this level will be $50. Gold Club Members will receive a season pass to all regular season WIAA home games; a season pass to AYHA home tournament games and a pass for open community skating. In addition, they will receive the engraved key chain, free coffee at each WIAA home game and a 10% discount for any purchase of hockey apparel and hockey equipment at TNT Sports.
A couple will be able to join the Gold Club for a combined fee of $75.00.
The Club will elect its own officers and the Club will determine how monies received will be used to benefit the WIAA varsity team.
The Club will organize and host the annual AYHA golf tournament. The Club will contribute the first $3,000 of profit to the AYHA; however, the balance of funds raised will be retained by the Blue Line Club.
All High School players will continue to pay the registration fees established by they AYHA. After the WIAA varsity team has been selected, the fee will be distributed the following way:
A. $100 of the AYHA fee will be transferred to the Blue Line Club.
B. The balance of the fee will be retained by the AYHA to be used to reimburse the Association for the cost of USA Hockey insurance, the cost associated with the clinic held prior to team selection and to provide families of WIAA varsity players with 2 season passes to all WIAA home games.
The Blue Line Club will utilize all monies raised to support the WIAA varsity team. This support could include the purchase of travel bags, equipment or any other items or projects approved by Blue Line Club members.
