Fund Raising / Advertizing Committe

a. Develop plans for Summer Activities and submit to AYHA board for approval
b. Work with the arena scheduler in renting the ice arena for summer events
c. Determine if concessions will be needed during the event
d. Conduct the various fund raisers throughout the year (i.e. Pizza sales, raffles, auctions, food stands)
e. Look into different fund raising ideas and submit to AYHA board for approval
f. Sending out fundraising invoices in regards to the mandatory fundraising amounts.
g. Obtaining team sponsors
h. Contacting businesses to purchase signs for advertising at the ice arena
