LLP today announced the launch of its Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)
service offering for both residential and business customers in
the New Richmond area. Installations are slated to begin after the
first of the year
DSL is the latest in high-speed Internet technology
to be offered to consumers. Benefits include comparable or faster
speeds than traditional alternatives such as ISDN and T1 lines,
at lower costs over the existing infrastructure. DSL is particularly
attractive to small and mid-sized businesses as well as residential
consumers, as DSL delivery uses existing copper lines available
in most locations today.

speed access to both residential and business customers," said Pete
Bremer, PressEnter's technical services director. "The flexibility
of this offering is especially appealing. The data rate is very
good and this technology compliments our other service offerings."
Advantages of DSL include affordability, "always
on" access, consistent speeds and flat rates at a variety of connectivity
levels, and high-speed data transfer up to 27 times faster than
the standard 56K dial-up modem.
PressEnter's DSL business product offers speeds
ranging from 256Kbits to 1Mbits per second at a fixed monthly rate.
Other features include up to 5 email addresses, static IP addresses,
domain name, and website hosting services as well.
PressEnter's DSL residential product offers speeds
of 256 Kbits to 1 Mbits ; up to three email addresses; 4 MB personal
webspace; and additional features.
