  > Setting Up Authenticated Email for Incredimail

Follow these instructions if you use Incredimail to check your email.  First, open Incredimail as you normally would to check your mail.  You do not need to be online.  You should see the screen below.

Click on the "Tools" menu and choose "Accounts".   

This will open the "Mail Accounts" window.  Click on your mail account to highlight it and click on the "Properties" button. 

 

This will bring up the screen you see below.  Click on the "Servers" tab. 

Check the box that says "My server requires authentication".  

Choose the "Advanced" tab to see the screen you see above.  Change the port number for the "outgoing mail (SMTP) server to 587. 

Then click "OK", and close out of Incredimail.
