To use your computer in one of our expanded coverage areas, you'll need to change the phone number that your computer dials. You'll also need to make changes to your email program to use authenticated SMTP on port 587. If you aren't comfortable making those changes on your own, we've prepared some walkthroughs to help you.

Changing Your Dialup Number
If you have configured your computer using a PressEnter CD, follow these instructions for changing the PressEnter! Software

If you've configured your computer over the phone with a PressEnter technician, or aren't sure if you've installed a PressEnter CD, follow these instructions.

Changing Your Email Settings
Follow these instructions to make the necessary changes to your email program for authenticated SMTP. This change is required in most cities and can be applied everywhere without adverse effects.

Some older email programs are not compatible with our expanded areas. We recommend that Eudora 3.0 users update your email client to take advantage of new features available to you. Click here to Download Compatible Email Clients
